The room have good facilities with tea and coffee. The host was friendly and helpfull. I liked the location. The area is pleasant.
The front door seemed difficult to locate and the lights were off when I arrived. There was no staff on site so it felt a little off putting. This bothered me.

the room was large and comfortable with a powerful shower. the location was convenient to nearby amenities. i found convenient street parking. communication with the owner was clear and efficient prior to my arrival.
The bathroom mirror was positioned quite high. at my height, i could only see my eyebrows. the height made using it somewhat difficult. It would be more convenient if it were lower.

The location was good. It was a short walk to the town center. the house was also comfortable and quiet. i found roadside parking easily and the hotel allowed dogs.
the bed linen was old and piled. the towels looked like they were past their best. the dark staircase was a little dangerous.
